Ingredients:
- 10 Brussels sprouts
- 2 carrots
- ½ leek
- ¼ turnip
- ½ celery stalk
- 1 small onion
- 1 tomato
- ½ apple
- Fresh garlic
- Salt, pepper

- Vegetable scraps
- 1 chili
- 2 laurel leaves
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
