Banana bread is a favorite in our Bricknic community, and this simple version from the Ovenwinkel team is just the beginning. For an enhanced baking experience, soak the lid of the Bricknic in water for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the clay to absorb some moisture. Before starting, apply a thin layer of butter or margarine to the inside of the brick.
